Mark recorded a cool new video on How to Signup for Google's Webmaster Tools and Submit a Sitemap of your site. Mark explains why a sitemap is important in helping you get search engine rankings with Google.  I just added this video to the paid members area under "SEO Lessons".

I added 7 lessons in the past couple of days to Marketing ICE.

Today I updated the table of contents to include all the new videos including the SEO Tutorials on keywords and using press releases to get Google rankings. We also expanded the Blogger videos section with videos on how to setup a custom domain name for your Blogger blog and how to post to your Blogger blog via email.

Mark and Jack are both working on some more videos that should be uploaded later today or tomorrow.

OK members we heard you.  We were using YouTube to host the free videos.  We talked today and decided that was a bad choice so as of right now and moving forward all the videos are now at 640 x 480 in top quality flash.

The reason we used YouTube is we expect to have many thousands of free subscribers and the bandwidth to serve them will be huge.  That said we want you to get a lot out of the free membership and we want you to see how great the system is and consider upgrading.

Speaking of that you guys should see one of the high end black hat things I just gave up in the paid members forum, Ben said he would have censored it if I posted it in the free area.

So enjoy the free videos and consider upgrading while we are in beta.  We have learned a TON already from the beta launch and are rapidly moving to make the system better.  We have a ton of new videos in the works on List Building and SEO that should be comming out a few a day starting this weekend.  We are making it easier to upgrade and are planning some really cool stuff for the beta members.

So keep the feed back coming because we are listening.

Anyone who has signed up for the free membership has probably realized that the videos are being hosted by YouTube.

However, all of the paid videos in the site are hosted here at MarketingICE.com and are of much higher quality and presented in a much larger size.  This allows you to read the pages and follow along in the lessons with much greater ease.

I'm sure anyone who is reading this already knows that we are launching a Beta version of Marketing ICE tomorrow.

I spent several hours today just uploading new videos.   I think we're over 40 videos already and this is just for a beta test.  That's 7-8 hours of video tutorials!

Most gurus launch a big web site with 12-15 videos they PROMISE to deliver but in reality they only have half them done.  They promise to deliver the rest of the videos but many of them never do.  Or they deliver them 3 months later after you've already given up on them.

Not so with Marketing ICE!  We're going to always under promise and overdeliver.

Not only that but we allow you to suggest new video topics for us!

On another note… If you are signed up for the beta test make sure you login to the webinar 10 minutes early AND dial into the conference call line. We will max out the lines for the call. If you can't get on the conference call you'll miss out on the audio.

Why do we do it that way?

1. The quality of the webinar picture is much better if we do the audio on a seperate conference call.

2. During the beta test we only want 100 people to help us test. We don't want too many people to see what we are doing and we don't want to risk crashing the site if we didn't do something right.  Know what I mean?

I get this question a lot. It might surprise you to learn it is asked not only by individuals who are not happy with their income. Many times I speak to highly professional people with solid incomes and even they would just like to make a few hundred to a thousand dollars a month. They may want an extra vacation, additional funding for retirement accounts, etc. Sometimes it is a businessperson with a successful business off line that simply wants to know if they can really do anything more online.

Well the same answer applies to all of those people, it is a resounding YES!

At MarketingICE we want to help each person find out what will lead them to their personal or business goals so we are teaching simply the how, what and why of what works. Today’s Update:

I spent a bit of time working with the programmer to protect all of our videos. This was one important hurdle we had to fix before the launch on Tuesday.

I’m glad to say we overcame that obstacle and things are going well for the launch. I’ve got one more bug to figure out before launch on Tuesday but both the programmer and I are going to be working on this overtime We want a seemless launch and we want you guys to have a fun time learning from our internet marketing videos.

We had intended to open it up to only 100 people. I’m talking to Mark and Jack about whether or not we should open it up further. We have 105 people already signed up for the webinar on Tuesday March 20th. I’m confident some of those people won’t show up. My most highly attended webinar had 61% attendance.
