About Ben Fitts

Ben FittsBen Fitts started out on the internet way back in 1993. He saw the future was going to be on the net and began working on business plans in 1994. By 1995 he was consulting to establish rural internet service providers and by 1996 and launched his own internet service provider with the backing of his parents and some local business leaders. Being young he made some fatal mistakes with that company which eventually lead to the failure of the company. Ben learned a lot from this experience and moved on to work in the Dot.Com industry.

Ben worked with large publishing companies like Houghton Mifflin and Addison Wesley Longman (Now Pearson Education). He also worked at a little company called Uclick as one of the lead programs on web sites for the comic strips Doonesbury, Garfield, and Foxtrot.

This was not the road to riches Ben had hoped of so he began to work on his own businesses. In the mid to late 90’s Ben ran a series of soccer web sites. SoccerIndex.com was the first search engine of soccer web sites. SoccerFans.com expanded upon the original ideas and included hosted soccer email, soccer fantasy games, shopping, and more.

More recently Ben has become known as the Custom Card Guy. Ben applies his internet marketing skills to growing his network marketing businesses.
